Natural Look for a Woman

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008

With careful color choices and application techniques, enhance what nature has already given you. Follow these five simple steps to create natural look, perfect for the woman on the go:

  1. Apply moisturizer on neck and facial area.
  2. For blemish free skin, forgo foundation and just sweep loose powder over face. For those who prefer to wear foundation, apply it with a slightly damp sponge, and only apply to places needed. This will soften the look and create a dewy sheen.
  3. Lightly sweep a sheer blusher just over apples of your cheeks.
  4. Using an eyeshadow brush, shade only a line around the upper lashes and underneath the outer corner of the eye with a light colored eye shadow. Smudge to create a very soft look and finish with brown or brown-black mascara.
  5. Apply a sheer lipstick for a final touch.
