Why settle for being a wallflower when you can stand out? Face your friends with sheer by glamming yourself up with shimmering cosmetic shades.
BASE. Moisturizing is important, especially now that the biting weather leads to dry skin. Prepare your face for foundation by dabbing some lightly on your skin. Find a makeup that has lightweight, non-greasy botanical face moisturizers to choose from, depending on your skin type. Massage the moisturizer on your face in a circular motion until fully absorbed, then smooth it all over your face and neck to even out skin tone and conceal blemishes.
CHEEKS. Sweep a dash of pearl blush lightly on your face, and add a little more over your cheekbones. The glitter blush-on is perfect for adding that healthy, just-kissed glow. It comes in ten colors, depending on the look you want. Brush outward from cheek to ear. Remember not to overdo it or you’ll look like a clown.
NOSE. If you don’t like your nose, there are many ways to improve it. There’s noselift and other procedures, even for septal perforation. But if your nose looks all right, you can just put on a simple makeup to make it look even more beautiful.
EYES. Trim your brows and fix it in place with a bit of moisturizer to open up your eyes. Apply shadow at the base of your lids Rub lightly with the tip of your pinky to blend and create that smoky effect. You have many shades to choose from, depending on the look you are going for. High pigmentation in eye shadows give you more oomph and draws attention away from any imperfection.
When that’s done, heat curlash by placing it in front of a blow-dryer for a few minutes and set lashes for 60 seconds. Apply a waterproof mascara to give your eyes more drama. Start with the white tip that serves as the base. Finish it off with the colored tip to cover up the white base.
LIPS. For lushious lips, use the long-wearing glitter lipstick. Unlike the traditional lipstick, this one should make your smackers look luxurious and inviting. It moisturizes and prevents your lips from darkening. Smooth on with a fine-tip brush and follow up the line of your lip. Apply richly on your lower lip to create an illusion of fullness.
FINISHING TOUCHES. Dush yourself off with a loose powder that will give you a luminous complexion while adding highlight to skin.
