L’Oréal Paris chief makeup artist Jigs Mayuga says, “Bleaching your brows can soften your look and brighten up the face.” You can get bleaching kits for a song (Jigs got his for 50 bucks!) at most department stores and beauty supply stores like HBC or PCX. Dab the cream on your brows for a few minutes and voila! Lighter brows that complement dusky and pale complexions alike. |
